Piemon system pocket knives - Coutellerie Dozorme

The Piedmontese system, known as one of the oldest opening and closing systems, had been adopted on our country capuchin. We had to remove the prominent lens that bothered our customers to put this knife in their pockets. The new system is still simple and robust: it is now a flat notch with spring integrated into the handle for rotation of the blade around the axis.
